ŌGA is a luxury textile brand established in January 2023 which embodies the historic textile techniques of south Asian art in the narrative of cultural craftsmanship.
Each creation is a testament to the brand's dedication towards preserving and elevating traditional artistry, curated to epitomize the exquisite fusion of craft and elegance.
ŌGA’s journey began as a homegrown label, as a sole proprietorship and her mother alongside one tailor to bring one’s creative vision to life.
This familial partnership laid the foundation for the brand's commitment to preserving traditional artistry.
Over the years, ŌGA has evolved to offer a distinctive fusion of heritage and modernity in its designs.
This brand specializes in innovative textile experiments and intricate embroideries. Inspired by vintage pieces, and a sense of unique craftsmanship which play a central role in its design language. For example designs include a distinctive short-sleeved bowler shirt crafted from a sailors perspective, a winter shirt jacket made from a 1984 handwoven tapestry, or an embroidered shirt inspired by a '70s tablecloth.

ŌGA collaborates with artisans throughout Pakistan, overseeing the handwoven production of fabrics in regions including District of Sindh, Dera Ghazi Khan, Multan, Bahawalpur and Chitral. The brand extends its engagement to craft communities in villages like Alipur and Jatoi Tehsils showcasing a commitment to a variety of crafts that go beyond popular techniques like block printing, to celebrate story-telling embroidery.
The brand incorporates a diverse range of techniques, in its creations including appliqué, patchwork, embroidery, quilting, sujni embroidery, Kantha embroidery, couture embellishments, block print, and beadwork.
