DO YOU HAVE ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

No, at OGA we do not provide refund and exchange offer.

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. The email will include a unique Order ID, a comprehensive list of the items you have ordered, and their prices. However, please note that the order will be dispatched for shipping only after the payment is verified for online payments.

HOW SHALL I MAKE A PAYMENT?

We only allow online payment currently through Bank Transfer. Soon other options will be available (Visa Debit/Credit, Master Debit/Credit).

DOES THE PRICE OF THE ORDER INCLUDE SHIPPING?

The prices mentioned on the website are exclusive of delivery charges. The delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout.
